Submit Something
♥ For all event submissions, please be sure to include a cover letter (1-2 paragraphs) describing the event as well as the client’s email address. For real events be sure to include the client’s email address.
♥ Stand with Farm Families loves to give credit where it is due, so I ask that for all submissions with other vendors involved, please include the names and URL links (if applicable) of the other vendors.
♥ Because Stand with Farm Families takes copyright and intellectual property very seriously, if you are not the photographer, please make sure you have permission from the photographer to submit photos and indicate so in your submissions (we would confirm before forging ahead).
Our Stand with Farm Families-cious Exclusivity Policy:
Stand with Farm Families strives to only accept exclusive submissions for Real Events for full features to a particular degree. By this I mean:
♥ Your submission has not been submitted for publication or been published on any other blogs online (with the sole exception of the photographer’s blog).
♥ If you do not receive an approval notice within 7 days of submission, you may certainly submit the session to other additional publications.
♥ However, during the 7-day review period, you may not submit or publish this session on any other additional online publications.
♥ If your submission is accepted for publication on Stand with Farm Families, you may not submit it for features on other additional blogs or websites until 3 months after the feature date.
♥ Failure to adhere to Stand with Farm Families’s exclusivity policy may result in rejection of future submissions.

Thanks for your interest in guest posting on Stand with Farm Families! This blog is always interested in receiving well-written and unique posts which will inspire, educate and encourage her readers.
Before submitting your post for consideration, please note the following guidelines:
♥ Submission of your guest post does not guarantee publication. It will be reviewed and if Stand with Farm Families thinks it would benefit her readers then it is likely to be published.
♥ Posts must be high-quality, original content and not submitted or published anywhere else online.
♥ Please limit your post to 750 words or less.
♥ Use of bullets, lists and short paragraphs is highly encouraged as it makes reading much easier.
♥ Please make a concerted effort to use correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. Due to time constraints, submissions which require excessive editing cannot be accepted.
♥ Make sure any links in your post are relevant and valid. Links deemed to be irrelevant to the main idea of your post will be removed without notice. Likewise, any non-working links will be removed without notice.
♥ Include a short bio (50 words or less) at the end of your post. Feel free to include a link to your site.
♥ Stand with Farm Families does not offer monetary compensation for guest posts at this time.
If your guest post is accepted, it may take between 2 to 4 weeks for your guest post to be published. You would be notified withing 1 week if it has been accepted. If you get no notification in 1 week, feel free to send a reminder (running a blog can be overwhelming sometimes) and if still no reply you can submit your post to another blog.
If you submit a query (i.e. an idea for a guest post as opposed to a guest post submission in full), Stand with Farm Families will review it and contact you if interested in pursuing the next step. If you do not hear from Stand with Farm Families within 1-2 weeks after submitting your query, you may assume it is not a good fit for her readers.
If you would like to submit your guest post for review, please email it to hello{at}standwithfarmfamilies{dot}org with “Guest Post Submission” in the subject line.
Once your submission is picked out, I would contact you and if more details are needed, I’d would let you know via email.
